🔁 Return Window

You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return.

✅ Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for a return:

• Item must be unused and in original condition

• It must be returned in the original packaging

• You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase

❌ Items Not Eligible for Return:

• Used or damaged items not due to shipping

• Items returned after the 30-day window

💸 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

🚚 Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

📦 Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or the wrong item was sent, contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos, and we’ll make it right.
