Return Window

Eligibility for Returns

  • A receipt or proof of purchase must be provided.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items that have been used or damaged (unless due to shipping issues).

  • Returns requested after the 30-day period.

How to Start a Return

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was incorrect or damaged upon arrival.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.
